  • Happy Chinese Year of the dog, Meet Adoption Ambassador Koda

    February 21, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Koda is a 7 year old Black Lab mix who was adopted as a puppy from the Bangor Humane Society and lives life like it’s one big adventure. Koda resides in Bangor and loves catching frisbees, slurping vanilla ice cream, squeaking his favorite toy football, digging in the sand, retrieving sticks from the water, chasing and snuggling with his feline brother Banzai, and playing tug o’ war with his canine sister Nala, a 6 year old Yellow Lab mix. Koda is intuitively sensitive and a gentle social butterfly who has always had a natural inclination for comforting people by offering his canine companionship to anyone in need of a friend.

Koda is an official Adoption Ambassador with the Bangor Humane Society (BHS) and joins his dog mom, Stacey Coventry, BHS Director of Development and Public Relations, on visits to schools and organizations to educate youth and individuals in the community about the BHS mission.
