    Join us every 3rd Saturday for a special science workshop for families: Children age 6+ and adults can experience amazing science together with hands-on projects and experiments. In October we invite you to explore the amazing science behind ooey, gooey, oozy slime. Create different kinds of slime with science tools and science methods. Learn, explore, and have fun together as a family.
    For children 6 and older with adults. $5 materials fee (for up to two children).
    The materials fee does not include admission to the museum, children can share working on a project.

    Purchase tickets at the front desk, please be on time for start of activity.

    Please join us for “My Day to Play,” a program designed to provide children on the autism spectrum with a safe, comfortable environment to explore and to give families who face similar challenges a place to connect. The program was developed by lead volunteer Rosalyn Fisher, a retired occupational therapist experienced in working with children on the spectrum, and MDM’s director of education, Trudi Plummer.
